2023-2024 impact

Following the success of two previous corporate planting events, we are once again calling on our local business community to do their bit for te taiao (the environment).

Over 200 individuals from 50 local businesses came together in Spring 2023 and Autumn 2024, together planting an incredible 4,200 native seedlings at Wai Whakaata | Lake Hayes.

This year, our efforts turn to the Welcome Forrest at Jardine Park, and we welcome additional support from Skyline Queenstown, McConnell Dowell, and LSQ.

Beyond the plants in the ground, these efforts benefit local wildlife, enhance local water quality, support carbon sequestration, and raise awareness for wider environmental efforts. It’s a day of connection, collaboration, and hands-on action – ensuring our community gives back to the environment at its heart. We hope to see you there. Click here for a wrap of the 2024
Autumn Planting Day.
